  1. What should I wear?
    This decision is entirely up to you. Depending on your comfort level, you may choose to remove as much or as little clothing as you prefer. For a full-body massage it is usually recommended that you leave on only underwear. Draping is always part of a professional massage, so you will be given sheets to cover yourself with, and your RMT will ensure that you are appropriately covered at all times. The sheet will be moved to uncover only the part of the body the RMT is working on at the time. If you are especially self-conscious, feel free to discuss this with your massage therapist beforehand. For your optimal comfort and relaxation, your RMT may use heat and sound in the massage room.

  1. Cancellation Policy?
    Please give 24 hours cancellation notice, or, a $25 missed appointment fee may be charged. Appointment “No Shows” will be billed the missed appointment fee.

  1. Late Policy?
    A client arriving late for their scheduled appointment may be charged the full scheduled appointment fee at the discretion of the RMT.

    If the RMT is running late, they will accommodate, as best they can, to allow for the full appointment time with the clients consent.

  1. Clinic Parking?
    • Free customer parking is available directly in front of the clinic.
    • Metered customer parking is available to the side of the clinic. We will reimburse our regular customers for the duration of their sessions.
