Payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard, debit, personal cheques and cash.
Fascial stretch therapy. Michael provides this service. The initial assessment is 75 minutes. Follow-up appointments are available for 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.
Registered massage therapy. Michael Pauwels provides this service. The 75 minute visit is the initial assessment only. Follow-ups are 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.

Do you direct bill insurance?
Yes, to the insurers listed at the top of this page. Plans vary, so check your own coverage or call us and we will help.
Do I pay the full amount if I have benefits?
If your plan is one we bill directly, you pay only the part your plan does not cover. Coverage amounts and any referral requirement vary by plan, so call the clinic before your first visit and reception will help you check.
Do I need a doctor’s note?
A doctor’s note may be required for massage therapy under some benefit plans. Check your plan, and if you are not sure, call the clinic before your visit.
How much does a first appointment cost?
Initial assessments for chiropractic care, acupuncture, osteopathic manual therapy, shockwave therapy and Air Relax pneumatic leg compression are $100. A 75 minute initial assessment for fascial stretch therapy or registered massage therapy is $135. Cosmetic acupuncture initial assessments are $100.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give 24 hours cancellation notice, or a $25 missed appointment fee may be charged. Appointments recorded as no shows will be billed the missed appointment fee.
