The information on this website is general and for education only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and it does not replace an assessment by a qualified practitioner. Reading this site does not create a practitioner and patient relationship.

This website and our message form are not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Booking and appointments

Online booking is provided by Jane, and your use of it is also subject to Jane’s terms. Booking a time does not guarantee that a treatment is right for you; your practitioner will confirm that at your visit.

Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be charged a fee, as described on our New Patients page.

Rates, hours and insurance

We work to keep rates, hours, practitioner listings and insurer information current, but they can change without notice. Please confirm with the clinic before your visit. Insurance coverage depends on your own plan, so check with your insurer what it will pay.

Using our content

The text, photos, logos and design of this website belong to Innercore Health or are used with permission. You may view, print and download pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, as long as you don’t change them and keep any copyright notices. Any other use needs our written permission.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, such as our booking provider, Google Maps, insurers and professional associations. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limits of our responsibility

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Innercore Health is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.
